Who Lives in Washington?
The U.S. Bureau of the Census estimates that 6.6% of the population of Washington is foreign-born (1997 statistics).

School Data
The Washington state superintendent's office reports that 66,281 students were enrolled in bilingual or English as a Second Language programs in the 1999-2000 school year, a 6.7 percent increase over the year before.
The Kent district served students who spoke 72 languages, Seattle served students who spoke 59 languages, and Edmonds ESL students spoke 55 languages. Both the Everett and Mukilteo school districts each saw a 45 percent rise in the number of bilingual and ESL students.
More than half of the students (61%) speak Spanish. Besides Spanish, six languages are spoken by more than 1,000 students:

Ministry Training
World Impact Network Ministry Training Center offers practical ministry training for laymen in areas like worship, spiritual warfare, apologetics, missiology, etc.
With evening classes, affordable tuition, and scholarships available, the school is designed to make it easy for working people to attend.
Classes are taught in English, but translation may be arranged for non-English speakers. The school is located in Bellevue, Washington.
